I think the reason Kid is so dominant is because there's no fear. At all.
Watch almost any fight and there is a definite fear of getting KO'ed. The fighters move conservatively and rarely just go all out. Sort of feeling out their opponent.
Kid just goes beast mode as soon as the bell rings and doesn't stop. He doesn't give a fuck what his opponent is good at or who they are.
