Ya USA TKD is not anything, also USA Muay Thai is not as good as Thailands, but this guy never do USA TKD, he do REAL Korean TKD, the TKD used for real stuff like police and army things. That's an easy one: Muay Thai.
You might want to supplement it with a little take-down defense, though.
Basically, that just means Muay-Thai with a bit wider stance and be ready to throw your hips and legs back into a "sprawl" to defend against the tak down.
Muay-Thai is the best single system..

Jiu-Jitsui is a ground martial art, submissions and grappling. There is no punching involved...to combine with Muay Thai is very effective.
